ROBERT RADCLIFFE

Robert Radcliffe’s curriculum includes over $1 Billion in home sales; Representing more than 650 luxury homeowners with their move in the highly-regarded areas of Brentwood, Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. Ranked in the top 1% of home sales worldwide, Robert and his team, The Radcliffe Group, have been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 sales teams in the United States.

In addition to his near three-decade long career in real estate sales, Robert often finds himself advising his clients on all aspects of real estate, such as buying, selling, building and development. As a widely recognized mentor and leader in his industry, Robert has led numerous national and local agent-training programs, has discussed real-estate trending topics on television, radio and print, and has successfully managed local real estate offices.

On a personal level, Robert is a father to three boys; with his oldest graduating from USC. A family man, Robert deeply understands the emotional process of buying or selling a home and acknowledges that each family member has their own expectations. Robert’s goal is to exceed those expectations and to establish a long-lasting business relationship as a trusted real estate advisor.

Robert is active in his community and a past donor to various charities benefiting Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Chrysalis, Habitat for Humanity and Beit T’Shuvah. He has also authored and published two books, which have both been on the recommended reading lists at Palisades Charter High and Santa Monica High. Additionally, Robert has been the keynote speaker to students on the subject of living a healthy, sober life.

Settled in the captivating embrace of Topanga Canyon after growing up in Malibu, she's a devoted mother and an active member of the vibrant community. Her unwavering dedication to her clients is matched only by her commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the industry.

Jessica Dubin

Jessica Dubin has been working with The Radcliffe Group for more than eight years and is a Real Estate professional specializing in the sale of homes in West Side Los Angeles. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Jessica has a deep understanding of the local market and can help navigate clients through the complex process of buying or renting a property, ensuring the experience is smooth, while being a strong negotiator on her client's behalf, while mitigating the risks along the way. Jessica prides herself on customer service and believes that real estate is not about pushing people to buy what they don't want to buy, but rather understanding her clients' unique goals and tastes, and finding them the perfect home. Jessica provides a white glove experience for her clients, whether it's your first home or your fifth.


Katrina Swanky

Showing Specialist


Katrina was born and raised in Brentwood, and she graduated from the University of Southern California. Having lived in West Los Angeles all her life, she has acquired a vast knowledge of the different neighborhoods and markets in West LA. She has a passion for interior design and architecture and enjoys building interpersonal relationships.

Katrina loves finding ways to connect people to the things they care about most. When it comes to Real Estate, that means marrying technical, data driven business models with the human, intangible aspects of art and creativity.

Katrina is very goal oriented, and she is able to assess her client’s needs while working hard to deliver exceptional results. In her free time, Katrina enjoys riding horses in Malibu, playing tennis, and traveling.


Cristian David

Brokerage Manager


Cristian E. David is Senior Vice President and Brokerage Manager at Sotheby’s International Realty where he is responsible for the growth and success of the Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica | Venice, Malibu and Topanga offices and their affiliated associates. In his role as a non-compete manager, Cristian is responsible for managing the overall operations and administrative teams, overseeing the brokeraging of both offices’ transactions, and strategizing the marketing campaigns for the offices and their impressive roster of high-level residential brokers. Additionally, Cristian plays an active role in providing support to his agents in listing acquisition and transactional guidance to clients by making himself available to them and his agents.


Arya Shoaee

Associate


Arya comes to The Radcliffe Group with an international background in sales - starting with a family business in artisan leather, and later, owning his own bar and restaurant. Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Arya moved to Florence, Italy at 17. It was there that Arya discovered his love for architecture, art and design. Fluent in four languages (English, Italian, Farsi and Spanish), he brings an elevated and worldly approach to his real estate career. He supports his clients by guiding them with the utmost diligence and care. Settled in Malibu with his wife April, Arya is still very passionate about travel and cooking.


Shane Loomis

Operations Manager


Shane was born and raised in Westlake Village, and graduated from the U.C. Davis. His career has included a broad range of experience from software consulting to advising individuals and businesses undergoing transitions. These experiences have demonstrated how homes form a secure base and definition for families.
 
Shane loves solving problems and finding true solutions to the obstacles people face when seeking the things they care about most. When it comes to Real Estate, that means combining technology with practical solutions.
 
Shane focuses on the end-goal and maintains perspective when facing challenges. In his free time, Shane enjoys run, spin, and rowing workouts and spending time with his daughter.


Jill Alberts

MARKETING SPECIALIST


With over fifteen years of real estate marketing experience, Jill Alberts specializes in comprehensive marketing campaigns for real estate agents. She utilizes traditional and digital marketing tools to assist Realtors® in the promotion of their properties and brand.

Jill enjoys the fast pace and variety of work in real estate and is eager to collaborate with agents. Her proven track record over the years has earned the trust and respect of her colleagues. Flexible, helpful and easy to work with, Jill's integrity and work ethic have enabled her to establish long-term relationships with some of the premier agents of the Westside.
Originally from the Philippines, Jill graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communications.


Sergio Gonzales

MARKETING SPECIALIST


A Southern California native, Sergio is a Conejo Valley local, now raising his own family in one of the fastest growing, upscale, residential areas in Southern California. Sergio is committed to the 805 and this community, donating his precious free time to all his neighborhood constituents, serving on the Boards of the local Boys’ & Girls’ Club, SE Ventura YMCA and Senior Concerns.


Galen Callahan

Co-founder & President


Galen Callahan is co-founder and president of 805 Escrow, overseeing the production, compliance, management, and operations of the company, while also training new agents in the transaction processes. As co-founder, Galen recognized there was a need in the 805 community for an escrow company that could offer a high level of experience in escrows and a background in real estate banking. With 805 Escrow, she has brought together these resources and added exceptional customer service, personalized to meet customers’ needs on every type of real estate transaction. She has a particular passion for working with contracts and all of its intricacies. With her attention to detail, she ensures that 805 Escrow’s staff understand the legalities of what you can and cannot do while staying on top of all compliance - related issues.

As the parent of young children, Galen is very involved in supporting the local schools. She is a longtime supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Conejo Valley, the Southeast Ventura YMCA and Senior Concerns, Thousand Oaks. As a business owner and parent, Galen looks for opportunities to share her resources with anyone she meets to help them discover what the 805 has to offer. Galen is a member of the California Escrow Association, National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.


Michael Walker

Escrow Officer


Michael is a seasoned Escrow Officer with over 20 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Sales, including Refinance transactions. He also specializes in Probate and Court Ordered Divorce Escrows.
