Ranked in the top 1% of home sales worldwide, Rob and his team, The Radcliffe Group, have been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 sales teams in the United States.
In addition to his near three-decade long career in real estate sales, Rob often finds himself advising his clients on all aspects of real estate, such as buying, selling, building and development. As a widely recognized mentor and leader in his industry, Rob has lead numerous national and local agent-training programs, has discussed real-estate trending topics on television, radio and print, and has successfully managed local real estate offices.
On a personal level, Rob is a husband, and a father to three boys; with his oldest graduating from USC as president of his fraternity, Sigma Chi. A family man, Rob deeply understands the emotional process of buying or selling a home and acknowledges that each family member has their own expectations. Rob’s goal is to exceed those expectations and to establish a long-lasting business relationship as a trusted real estate advisor.
Rob is active in his community and a past donor to various charities benefiting Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Chrysalis, Habitat for Humanity and Beit T’Shuvah. He has also authored and published two books, which have both been on the recommended reading lists at Palisades Charter High and Santa Monica High. Additionally, Rob has been the keynote speaker to students on the subject of living a healthy, sober life.

Nikki Visser

Nikki graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Communications degree before joining The Radcliffe Group over 2 years ago. She has worked with luxury brands in the worlds of home décor, fashion and architecture, bringing a creative eye and large network to her current role in real estate.

She further supports The Radcliffe Group by handling their operations with confidence and a smile. Her attention to detail plays an important part in helping to oversee their team's transactions, including marketing their client's homes listed for sale, and contributes to a seamless escrow process.

Having grown up in the Palisades and Malibu, Nikki is very passionate about her community. In her free time, you can find her in a yoga or dance class. She loves travel, Italian food and her dog, Winslow.

Tara Radcliffe

With over 17 years of expertise, Tara brings an impressive portfolio of communication and management skills that have helped facilitate the sale of luxury listings and escrows within some of the most top real estate sales teams in America.

Her strong expertise in high profile sales brings a compelling range of talents in order to help navigate through some of the most challenging transactions. She pays meticulous attention to details and cultivates lasting relationships with homeowners, developers, and investors.

Besides coordinating high profile sales, in her free time, Tara likes to cook at home for her family and friends, spend time with her husband and step boys, and also go for walks at the park with her Boston Terrier named “Malibu”.

Katrina Swanky

Katrina was born and raised in Brentwood, and she graduated from the University of Southern California. Having lived in West Los Angeles all her life, she has acquired a vast knowledge of the different neighborhoods and markets in West LA. She has a passion for interior design and architecture and enjoys building interpersonal relationships.

Katrina loves finding ways to connect people to the things they care about most. When it comes to Real Estate, that means marrying technical, data driven business models with the human, intangible aspects of art and creativity.

Katrina is very goal oriented, and she is able to assess her client’s needs while working hard to deliver exceptional results. In her free time, Katrina enjoys riding horses in Malibu, playing tennis, and traveling.

Riley McMillin

Riley grew up in Point Dume, Malibu, CA and graduated from Malibu High School. He went on to study Communication with an emphasis in marketing at the University of Southern California, Santa Barbara.

Riley believes that teamwork, communication and trust are of the utmost importance to his professional relationship, learned during his time working in hospitality and customer service at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara Resort. Furthermore, with his deep knowledge and appreciation of real estate, and what it has to offer, you can be assured Riley is devoted to making your next real estate transaction as enjoyable as possible.

His passions outside of real estate are surfing, snowboarding and sports.

Diana Lavu

With a background in both business and hospitality management, Diana strives for customer satisfaction and service excellence as the foundation of her working relationships both with her clients and colleagues.

She entered the industry first as a homeowner turned investor buying and selling multiple homes in different markets across the United States. Her background as a luxury Real Estate professional is ongoing as she continues to provide superior luxury estate knowledge alongside Robert Radcliffe and The Radcliffe Group. Trust is critical in real estate transactions, and she strives to give her clients confidence by making the process seamless.

Growing up in the beautiful Eastern European cultural hub Romania, Diana always had a deep appreciation of rich landscapes, architecture, and culture. She has always been taught that respect and hard work will help achieve any goals.

Jay Rubenstein

Jay supports The Radcliffe Group with 40 years of sales and management experience and is currently the branch manager for several Compass offices, along with the Radcliffe Group. Jay is a graduate of the Business School at Pepperdine University in Malibu and has been licensed since 1978.

Jay is married to his college sweetheart, Anne, and they have 2 daughters. When not working, Jay loves to play tennis, pickleball, and go on body-boarding trips around the world.
