Buyer's Interview

1.
What areas does the Radcliffe Group specialize in?
A member from the Radcliffe Group specializes in different geographic areas - guaranteeing unmatched market knowledge from the Westside to Malibu.

2.
How are you aware of every home listed for sale?
Everyday we scan the “Hot Sheet” on the MLS and the Sotheby’s Intranet System. Additionally, multi-company networking allows us to be completely current with every home available - the first day it is listed -- often before it is listed on the open market. We also scan title records searching foreclosures; solicit neighborhoods for potential sellers & hold open houses weekly, allowing us to meet sellers before they list their homes.

3.
Do you have a list of references for me to call?
Yes, I have represented over 400 Westside families and have been given permission to give their names and phone numbers to share their positive experience when working with me.

4.
What is the average sales price of homes you represent?
($2,200,000) "See Sample Solds or Featured Homes"

5.
Do you expect an exclusive agreement with me?
Yes. Ask us for the LA Times article that recommends working with an agent exclusively or our handout on advantages when working with a buyer agent exclusively.

6.
Do you have a staff ?
Yes, I have a full time staff and team. A "Group" of service people, as in "The Radcliffe Group", far surpasses a single-handed agent in customer services and a wealth of information to draw from. See www.theradcliffegroup.net.

7.
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
16 Years.

8.
Other than having a Real Estate License, what other qualifications do you have?

I have completed all courses for a degree in Real Estate and Broker requirements, including:
i.    Real Estate Principles
ii.   Real Estate Practice
iii.  Legal Aspects in Real Estate
iv.  Real Estate Economics
v.   Real Estate Appraisal
vi.  Former Office Manager

9.
What list of service people do you use?
Not only do I have extensive knowledge and experience gained from representing over 400 families, I have also bought, sold, financed and built homes for myself, so I can offer you an extensive list of other professionals to draw from. See www.theradcliffegroup.net.

10.
Do you own your own home?
Yes. Believe-it-or-not, a lot of agents do not own their own home. This is not meant as a derogatory statement, however, you may want to know if your agent can personally relate to the experience you are going through.
